Hello everybody! I check out a Facebook page that list a lot of software freebies and I came across this one, Dimo MP4 Video Converter. Media Dimo aka Dimo is giving away a full version of Dimo MP4 Video Converter with no free upgrades for free. I thought I would post about this just in case there are some members having a hard time finding free mp4 converter software and want to convert their videos to mp4 format in order to upload them to the video gallery. I've never heard of this company or tried their software before, so I'm going to be cautious while trying it and I want you all to be cautious while trying it too. It's free so I thought I would try it and give it a chance and see if it's any good. The page that the link to the software is on is a little congested, so you're going to scroll down a little bit on the page and look to the right of the page and you will see Get Free License Code and you're going to click on that and a window will pop up giving you the link to download the software and the key code. Thanks for the Heads up. An alternative that has always been free and is cross platform is handbrake. Handbrake.fr There a number of device presets and I have come up with what I like for my media server. It will Generate mp4, mkv using x264 (standard) and the new x265 if you want.

You could have hijacked this thread, I wouldn't have minded at all, you have a lot of knowledge on mp4 and other video software and I appreciate that. I'm definitely going to check out the software you talked about in your thread. I have had HitFilm Express for two years now and I haven't got around to using it yet. I have a bad habit of buying stuff or getting stuff for free and letting it sit on my computer. I need to stop doing that and start exploring and creating.

wanting to be polite :) Well if you do get time to using it, there are some great project based items that work with the free express (newer versions available).. I suffer from that, this looks interesting.. grab.. and no time.. digital hording LOL curse of my HD.

I've been meaning to tell you that that's the perfect term for that artistic condition. lol
