I placed the order listed above which I intended to pay for using a gift certificate. But I forgot to enter the gift certificate number when I placed the order. Yes. Dumb. Naturally the order is listed as unpaid.
Can you walk me through how I can fix this, or, if it can only be done at your end, can you fix it for me?
