I can't actually see the problem all that well as that image looks quite dark on my computer. another way of fixing a sleeve is just to clothify the sleeve part and run a clothroom sim. But anyway that is not really a beginner thing. I hope you find someone who will give it a shot for you.

I did an animation with a poser figure for an eLearning project. However, the jacket needs some adjustments (see attached). I'd like someone to fix the problem. I'd gladly pay for your time. I have a tight schedule and don't have time to try and figure out the solution. Thanks. Sam
