I am getting a run around from support staff because they did not check my account so they think I make up losing $10 from rewards, if they have checked my rewards account I do not write this letter. For get calling Renderosity ownly get voice mails and no call back

I am the support staff you have been dealing with, and I can assure you I am not giving you the run around.

On the last order you placed on 4-14-19 you used a $10 gift certificate. I understand the last order you tried to place did not work. As I explained you can find that Gift Certificate still in your account under Account/Gift Certs. There was a link in the sitemail I sent to you. https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/account/?GiftCerts The $10 Gift Certificate code there expired on 5-14-19 so it was purchased on 4-14-19...both were purchased the same day.

7:48 AM, 4/14/2019 -1000 CASH_10 Purchased from user dashboard (paid with points) 6:14 AM, 4/14/2019 -1000 CASH_10 Purchased from user dashboard (paid with points)

So one was used on order 113327413 or 4-14-19, the same day and the other is still in your account and available to use at the link in your account above.
