Subject: after transfer utility

Model is makehuman dae file. To do transfer utility based G3Female,but after applying G3F poses to model which is ugly,distort,not same as G3F poses. Any way to adjust? Thanks.๐Ÿ˜ƒtnsfaf.jpgtnsfa.jpg

Was the imported OBJ in the same pose as the Genesis 3 Female? If not then the transfer will not work (and if it was then I am not sure what you would gain by using the different mesh).

Thanks cat. Both are zero pose then transfer. And not OBJ. And is colloda dae file. By the way,does need check morph in transfer pannel?๐Ÿ˜€

Checking the morph option will transfer the morphs, otherwise you get a figure without morphs.

If the figures lined up then the transfer should work, I am not sure why it would fail like that.

Thanks cat.๐Ÿ˜€ I guess that may be they are not bone system. Any way,can model be DAZ people ? Though it is not as same tall as Genesis.

The Transfer Utility works by projectng the weight from the source figure to the target model, looking at the closest bit of the source to the target to get the weights. If the models are different shapes then it can't work out which bit should be taken as "closest"..
