Subject: having trouble with poser serial number for the p11 upgrade?

are the 0 in the serial number all numeral 0, is it a mix of letter O and numeral 0?

entering my serial number from PP12

extremely frustrating.

is there someone i can send a picture of my serial number to? that can help?

WHY does it say the file d/l is 18nb, i thought it would be in the giggabytes.

does the d/l come from renderosity, or will i be redirected?

can someone confirm the 99$ upgrade includes La Femme? is LaFemme anatomically correct?

is a La Homme coming soon?

Hello.

You can send the serial number to me. How do you have it? is it off a box or in an email?

La Femme is NOT included in the upgrade as of yet. La Homme is in development, but we do not have a release date for him just yet.

The upgrade comes from the SM servers at this point until we are done with the transition, but should work without issue for you.

Be sure you are putting your new upgrade serial number in the download manager. If the old one is still there, simply delete and put in the new one. In installation put the New Upgrade license in the first area and then the previous serial in the area just below that. And be sure you are on the installation tab at the top and not the update tab. 😄

figured out the serial number, was on a card in the box. reinstalled old poser on new pc just to test the serial number. a smudge made a letter look like a 'j'

guess i'll wait til the transition is over. it looks like la femmes is included. details are murky, only thing that's clear is the 'no refund' Lol

i been making genesis 3 and 8 work-arounds to make it work in carrara. curious to see if it works for poser too.
