Caro, We have taken off the 30 day limit to receive downloads. We are receiving requests from people that for one reason or another have had computer crashes and lost all their products. Taking the 30 day limit off enables us to activate their downloads if necessary. Members still can't exceed their max download attempts of 3 or 4. yvette

Hi, Just had a weird experience.... I checked my purchases at the Marketplace and while reloading I saw the items I bought in the past turn downloadable again. Some of them I bought in December of last year... Is this normal? Thanks for any info.... Caro
