Some clothing comes with morphs that do it. Beyond that, there doesn't seem to be a single, easy way to do it – I'd just play around with any morph kits you already have combined with the adjustment morphs for your outfit. You can also try doing your own morphing in a program like Hexagon or Blender to achieve the results you're looking for.
Mesh Grabber at Daz might be one way to create the wanted pressure morphs.
