Fluidos II can read all the scenes, and all the .ply and .state files created by Fluidos v1.4. However, before installing Fluidos II, it is necessary to uninstall Fluidos v1.X plugin. They cannot work side-byside. I can read a readme and a PDF. Nether tell me where the plugin goes. Unless this is an update to a plugin I don't have. Which would not surprise me in the least.
