Almost certainly the import settings in Morph Loader do not match the settings you used when exporting the OBJ to create the morph. If the export settings have not chnaged, try exporting an OBJ (anything) and either note which preset is used or, if is says Custom, clcik the Savve Preset button. Then reimport the morph OBJ using the same preset. If you are doing that, or it doesn't help, it's probably that the application you are using to create the morph is applying some scaling on import or export.
I made new object, with added geometry to allow me to make the morph. Saved that object, Loaded it into DS, went through with the transfer utility and adding dForce. Then I went into morph loader, both pro and advanced, I will admit to not knowing what I'm doing with these tools, and used the object where I had lengthened the skirt using no added geometry or anything that wasn't there from the geometry used for the non morphed object.
I get a morph, when I dial it up it does as I said.
If there were a problem with the unmorphed and morphed geometries, then Poser would have freaked out on me when I created the same morph in Poser.

I have a dress that I would like to add a lengthen morph to the skirt of. The morph is a object file. I've tried on my own, but when I dial it, instead of lengthening the skirt it shrinks the whole dress...
To be fair the object file is of the whole dress with the skirt lengthened.
So how do I do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
