Subject: Order#: 113863207 - Can't access paid purchase after an hour

On all previous purchases, I was able to down load the product within a minute of payment. It's been an hour and I still can't access what I bought.

What's up with this?

I am seeing the order is marked as paid and been downloaded. If you any further help please let me know. 😄

I see you purchased Poser 11..if you go HERE and enter the serial number you have on that order you can access the downloads/installers for your software.
