Yes. Figure Setup pane, right-click in the Geometry area and import the model (make sure you choose the correct preset), then drag it into the Realtionships area on the Geometry under Figure - this will add a bone for every group, which you can then rearrange into the intent hierarchy (you can also add more boens by right-click menu). Rename the figure as desired 9and bones if desired, set the rotation order (the first axis should be the one that runs along the bone), click Create when done. The you can use the Joint Editor to adjust bone placement (and to adjust parameters for Parametric rigging) and the Geometry Editor/Node Weightmap brush tools to edit the weights for weightmapped figures.

can you rig an obj file in Daz studio, I asked also in the blender section.
I have a figure in the form of an obj file, that needs rigging beffore use.
