Then the program insisted I wasn't registered and when I tried every move I could think of to register even using Strong Password it rejected me totally. I phoned Poser Broadband in Tennessee, could not get a live person, left numerous messages asking for a Connor and help and...nothing. Do you know anything that might help?

Don, we've been answering you all along. You need to check your email spam filter. That's probably why you're not seeing our responses to your questions and why you can't reset your passwords. Either your Mac or your email provider are blocking emails from the support site. I tried emailing you from my personal account that got no response either.

You might try setting up a secondary email account at Gmail or something so you can be sure to receive important emails.

No one who works Poser support is with in 2000 miles of where ever that phone is. Bondware is in Tennessee. I'm in California. I have good hearing but I can't hear the phone from that far away.
