From what I have seen in tutorials which there are many available on YouTube pose your character in Daz and using the Bridge seems to be the best workflow as long as you have the latest version of the Daz Bridge set up and set up properly. As to Diffeomorphic add-on again it has some pluses and minus but I think it depends on what your end goal is. I have heard of positive remarks on both methods but the common thing I have heard and read is that you pose your character in Daz before using either the bride or Diffeomorphic. As Infinity10 mentions, it is far easier to export as an OBJ, assuming that you will be posing in Daz? The bridge is often unreliable in my experience but do bear in mind that Daz and Blender work in different units or measurement too.
Hopefully this will help a little, these are the export setting I find the best.

Thank you for sharing Peter_Pixy_Harrison If I am not mistaken Daz deals in "cm" as their scale just have to make sure in Blender you have your scene set to "cm" which should help keeping workflow between both softwares more compatible

It does indeed Lobo3433, but I work in mm as I'm work-flowing more than just Daz into Blender, so the percentage shift works better for me but either would yield the same result, but as I often work with scaled down characters, doing that before the export from Daz works better for meI fully understand I tend to work in "mm" also it always depends on the project and have found for 90% of project to always use the metric system in general for more compatibility with other softwares

Most welcome, rendering with cycles can be quite a headache at first but once you figure it out and find your flow, you might (I certainly do) find it far superior to Iray,My oh my! Thank you Lobo and Peter, you guys are great and soooooooooooooo helpfull! Yeah I'll be posing in Daz mostly. So thank you very, very much guys! That solved a lot of my headches.

Hello, does anyone here have any experience in exporting from Daz to Blender? I know there are two different methods right? Wich one is better? Diffeomorphic or bridge? Also, is it better to just export the charachter in a t pose, or pose it in Daz and then export it? What is the smart way to go about it? This is not for animation.... at least yet, but for stills only. Still is it even possible to export a whole scene from daz to Blender?
