THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Poser model importing....what happened to my eyes?

OK...I get a poser model just the way I want it in Poser. Then I export it in *.obj format and import it into bryce...no problems. Then I start selecting meshes and assigning families. There are 8 different eye meshes (4 per eye) and I select them all and apply the eye texture. My eyes end up solid white no matter which mesh I choose...all meshes, just certain meshes, all different combinations of meshes and still the eyes end up solid white!!! This would be great if I were making zombies but I am importing a female character!! Please help....what am I overlooking?

Are you using Vickie? I just select the eyeball spheres and in the attributes box mark it hidden. On Peter Sharpe's site there is a tutorial for Vickie, and he makes the eyeballs a glass material to add some reflection to the eyes. Hope this helps.

There are a lot of things worse than dying, being afraid all the time would be one.
