Hi, we use autocad all the time, but what you want to do is after you are done with your dwg., you have to export it out as a .3ds, then you have to insert it again as a .3ds to autocad, then you have to center it on the axis, 0,0,0 - then you export it out as a .3ds, the reason why 2 exports are because you want it in mesh form. Then you can insert it into Poser as a .3ds or you can get a software called 3D Exporation, you can put import it in there and export as an obj format, or most Pain Programs will let you import a .3ds and export it as an .obj.
