Subject: Help with thumbnail again I have an image example

The image in the black circle is what I keep geeting. The image in the red circle is what I'm trying to produce. What am I doing wrong. And I did use utility in the free area to create change the pic file to an rsr. Any suggestions

You need to change your video settings to 32bit.

Set your display to 32 bit colour, that should solve it for you.

Using a screen resolution of 1024x768 32 bit Truecolour, a neutral gray background (RGB 140,133,127) and I think the default light set, my thumbnails are created in the fashion you require.

It worked! The RGB background setting 140,133,127 that you gave me worked! That was the problem. I got the transparent background and the drop shadow too. Yahoo! Thanks Phil, Jim, JKeller, raven.
