I purchased Asia and couldn't download it. I kept getting a message saying that a plugin didn't work and I couldn't download. I didn't have this problem with the Ultrasalon hair I purchased...help!

You might want to change internet browsers as sometimes that's the problem. I'll be happy to email it to you if your ISP will allow larger files. yvette
