Hi,I don't post very often but I started playing with poser 3 years ago and this has happened several times in that time. Once in awhile I will download a freebe somewhere and install it exactly as required, it will appear in my libraries, when I double click it, it says it's on my screen, all the body parts ,everything. It shows in the heirarchy file thats its there but its not visible. Its not really there, you can't click on any body parts, but down below the screen if you click on body parts they are all there. Does anyone have a solution to this? Its really starting to piss me off. I was ready to deinstall and reinstall but I thought I would ask first. I am using poser4 BTW. Thanks for any help you can provide..................asmith

What do you get when you render? Is your camera pointed at the object? Hit CTRL-I and make sure 'Visible' is checked.

I've had it happen before. Don't re-install I don't think it't the program. Sometimes if I put something in with whatever it is the part I want to see shows up. Go figure. I've checked to see if visible is checked on some of these things and everything I check tells me I should see the item on my screen. It has always happened with free items so if I can't get it to show I just get rid of it. Now...if I could just do that with my bills...lol Marque

Thanks for your responce, I did check the visibility thing, also it doesn't show up when rendered, I guess I will try to download it again and if it still doesn't show up, its back to reinstalling poser. Thanks again...................asmith

Well, good luck. Very odd, this. Marque, I've downloaded an embarassingly large number of freebies from both here and elsewhere and this has never happened to any of them.
