Subject: trouble with Mimic

Having trouble with Lipsinc's Mimic Program. Used to work fine in Poser 3, but won't sinc properly in Poser 4, dropped frames, jerky and unstable animations, etc. I am also using Pro Pak, could that cause a conflict? Thanx in advance for anybody's help. -KOZ

I use mimic and have a FAQ I've put together. I started out with Poser 4 and have had PPP since the beginning. I haven't noticed any problems. Ver 4.0 without the 4.03 patch used to give a lot of problems with randomly inserting foot movements, but that wouldn't be affecting you. I can't help other than to say it works with my setup.

I've got PPP and Mimic and it works fine. For use on Vicki you have to edit the pose file or the eyeblink won't work but otherwise it's OK. Good luck. HP

My FAQ gives 3 easy fixes for the Vicky blink problem.

Works fine for me too but I do have a question. Mimic shows the sound file being 30 frames long and when I apply it in Poser its 34 frames. Shouldn't they be the same?
