Part of the problems that are occurring lately are as a result of certain ISP's denying SMTP mail through because they classify it as spam. Two of the ISPs I use send through SMTP servers which means some people don't get my emails (probably much to their relief). I believe @Home just introduced a similar system on their servers but I guess that's a sore point at the moment. Nice to know that DAZ tried several methods to get hold of you. That's good news. I confess I'm great fans of theirs anyway because of the fast and wonderful service I've had from them in the past - especially Betsy and Jarome. Glad it all got sorted for you. And yeah, they are neat people over there.
You can always go to the DAZ site, and check your order history. I checked mine, and they have a record of all the purchases I've made to date. You get the invoice numbers there... So you will always have that information when you contact DAZ. By the way, let's use some practical sense here. Print out your invoices, save the emails.. But you always have your order history!

After numerous emails to DAZ tech support went unanswered and unacknowledged, I was fit to bust (as we say in Texas). Last night, I got a phone call from one of their folks, explaining how they'd had trouble replying to Earthlink users. And AnneMarie followed up with an instant msg here on 'Osity. Number one people at DAZ3D. Go, Horns! Texas Number One!
