Hi BonBon :-)

it's very pretty but really you should have been able to get that in Ultrafractal without needing to import it to any other program. For anyone that uses Ultrafractal and is frustrated with a lack of graidents but doesn't know how or want to spend the time constructing them, go here http://hub.cyberwizards.com/~hub/fractal/parms.html click on the gradient link There's a .zip file of lots (unpack it into your ultrafractal/gradients directory) and there are individual files (click on the link, copy the text to the clipboard, open uf, open the gradient window and paste).

thanks for the tip,crystal... i was wondering about gradients.:)

CrystalWizard ( ) posted Fri, 05 April 2002 at 1:14 AM

you're welcome. Anothere tip for uf is to use more than one layer, with different graidents...and different alpha channels and merge them.

Wow...my case of UltraFractal envy has just flared up! Greetings, bonbon!! (Got any Mac-type friends you could infect with fractalitis?? I'm gettin' lonely here)

CrystalWizard ( ) posted Fri, 05 April 2002 at 10:11 AM

you could always buy a pc Patricia. then you could do fractals on the pc and something else on the mac..at the same time (duck)
