Following Ikyoto,s tutorial I have managed to place the lights where I want them, now all I need is to scale them down. Have read the help files and it mentions little about it and I see NO scale dial on the lights reguardless if they are spotlights or infinite. Thankyou..... Sprout

Scaling lights? (I wish I knew how to do it in Bryce! ...but I wander) Try playing with the intensity and shadow settings, Sprout :-)

DbS thankyou :O) but I have got the intesity and shadows just about right, what I am trying to do is downsize the actual light object to fit inside the light(prop). :O) btw ask about the lights in Bryce in the Bryce forum with Attn: FastTraxx and I'll bet he'll tell ya what ya need to know or drop by the #propsguild in mIRc sometime and catch him there maybe. :O) Sprout

Sprout I don't know if the lights do scale in Poser. (Not something I've ever tried to do). I have, however, placed light-sources inside of a prop by positioning the light where I want it in relation to the prop. DbS You can scale lights in Bryce using the Scale-doohicky in the "Edit" menu. Note that scaling lights does not alter the brightness - you have to "E"-edit a selected light to change that Paul

Having the same problem... Trying to get the prop light to look like it is coming from the light fixture it self....While illuminating the fixture and the scene. And I know for a fact that using light's in Bryce 3 is Easier than Poser 4...Sprout, If you can get this figured out lemme know.....
