Vue F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 30 8:14 pm)
When you choose "hidden" for an object, it becomes only effectif after you have clicked in one of the 4 windows. If you click again the (greyed) name of the hidden object in the world browser, it becomes visible to make it possible for you to move it, but as soon as you choose another object, it is hidden again and this until you unhide it. If you do not get these results, uncheck OPENGL in the FILE--->OPTIONS and try again. But I'm sure it works one way or the other and that you're maybe misunderstanding its function. Nobody else has sayd that it doesn't work, that's why I think so. Please keep us up to date:-) Guitta

This was a problem in Vue 4.0.3 and has apparently not been fixed with the 4.0.6 patch. You know the little eyeball next to the object layers? Well, I'm supposed to be able to click it, and all the objects in that layer will become hidden. Instead, the little eye gets greyed out, and nothing happens . . . I can still see and manipulate the objects in the preview window. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bonafide problem?
