2 possibilities come to mind: 1) You didn't save the model when you created and saved the texture map in UV Mapper. The model needs to have the texture map coordinates "baked in." 2) You moved around pieces of the template in PSP5. You have to paint where the texture map is. Moving pieces of the template around, re-sizing, etc. will not work. The model will remember the original location of the template and will use whatever is there, regardless of where you moved the template pieces to. (Imagine drawing a map of your neighborhood, then scanning it in and moving parts of the map around in PSP5. It may look pretty, but it won't correspond to where things are in real life.) I hope this makes sense.
