Howdy All, Im after a program that ripples picture, That makes the ripples move, when im happy with the picture it lets me save it as Gif picture, Is there a program out there that does that ?

Photoshop has a Ripple filter. It's under the Filters menu, in the Distort section.

As for making the ripples move, you'll need to run the filter on additional layers varying the settings. There is a Java Applet that can do it to a picture if you are planning on using it for the web. my2c :) retrocity

I've done exactly that, using the ripple effect in various settings on different layers, then exporting all to Adobe Image Ready. There, you convert each layer into an animation frame. Just save it a gif file and you have it. In Image ready, you can control the timing between frames and the duration of each frame. It's very easy to use and works just fine.
