If you go all the way down there you'll find archive 2(archief2) on the second page there is also a third archive,( archief 3) there you can d/l your wonderfull stuff Sharen and on other pages too. Ok this was about it, there are still some things I didn't translate, I have translated the main things. Sharen I will contact him to put a link to your site, and I will kindly ask to remove your wonderful models from his site. I think that he doesn't speak English very well, so people don't be to hard, I will email him and tell him the consequents, and what the copyright means. I hope I have informed the things you would like to know, if not IM me again. Let's hope he doen's't do it after I told him that this ain't right. He doesn't have permission and he didn't ask either. he sounds like his intentions are good, it's just the way he did it that's wrong, if he can change the pages so that he doesn't link to the files themselves & only to the front pages of the websites he'll be ok, only thing is someone's already sent an email to his ISP complaining about it, so his site might not be there for much longer. Cooler (3Dcommune) contacted the ISP on the same issue and allready received word back from them that they'll sort things out.

Just a guess from the url, but this looks like a free site that came along with an ISP account. He (she?) may not be aware of all the issues, and intentions seem good. He does need to be corrected, but deserves a chance to correct himself and learn from the boo-boo before being burned at the stake. I hope his ISP doesn't come down too hard if this is a "first offense."

WOW, now, I am REALLY IMPRESSED! As much as I hated to take languages in my youth, (at 48,) I do regret it now! (: Who would have thought? LOL! I guess what I really wanted to say is: yes, the copyrights may be the same there, but, what, I, really wanted to say is,from what I have gathered from a friend/e-mail pal from the Netherlands, the, internet/bandwidth issue is not a problem there, as it is here? Please correct me if I am wrong, but this may be the reason that folks over there, do what they do? That of course, being that they don't know, or don't experience the same expenses the we do over here? Hi genny, Yesm bandwith is no problem at hetnet.nl, but that's because they have no cable connection, for cable connection you have sometimes problems with the bandwith, i'm at chello, and there is no problem with the bandwith. VCD

I have dealt with this ISP before, Abuse - Planet Media Group , for similar issues. Their standard procedure in a case like this is that they will issue a warning 1st... if it is either ignored or subsequent violations are noted then they will either remove the webpage altogether or suspend the account entirely.
