Subject: Help, Please I screwed up

I just purchased Vicky changing fantasy suit from daz but i had the wrong button clicked and got the Mac version instead of the windows version. I tried the mac to windows converter in the freebies but it just kept trying to save ia as an .sit file again I wrote Daz and I hope that they can adjust it for me. but if they can't is there a converter that any one can recommend. Or offer an advice Thanks Notime6

Send an email to sales@daz3d.com and they will fix you up. Be sure to send a copy of your receipt. They will take care of you, they have excellent customer support. Marque

you could try alladin expander. that is what I use for all my .sit files. works like a charm

Don't be afraid to call DAZ customer service, either. I've had no many PC snafu's that I'm on a first-name basis with Reba. No matter how weird the problem, DAZ's excellent customer service has ALWAYS come through.
