Subject: Fix for one sided geometry in MilDragon?

I was wondering if anyone new how to fix the one sided geometry on the wingflaps of the MilDragon for export to 3D Studio? I did a search in this forum but did not see if it was discussed. Thanks.

Well, you could use the grouping tool to spawn props from the one-sided portions, reverse the normals of those props, and combine the props with the original geometry. Not sure how well that would work out.... Or you might be able to use Objaction Twoface, which is available in the FreeStuff, somehow.

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking.  He apologizes for this.  He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.

This looks like it will work (Objaction Twoface). Just gonna be a LOT of work :-)

There's an easier way! In Max, just go into the Material Lab & in the proper material(wings), just check "2 Sided". Works everytime! ;-) Marco

UV Mapper will do it also.

Marco had the answer. Thanks marco. I use Maximum Pose to transfer my animations into MAX, so I had to pull the material from the model and go searching for the Wing Transparency, but once I clicked on 2 sided, all my problems went away!! Marco, you rule! Joe

Never tried Maximum pose, But from what my friend told me, it makes life a lot easier! Konan Rules!! ;-) And if you ever have a ? concerning Max, then just message me! Later! Marco
