Most animation format's don't suport pendulum as far as I know. You can set Bryce to pendulum, but when you render it into an Avi file the resulting file doesn't have a pendulum animation (or at least, my media players don't make it a pendulum). I think GIF supports pendulum. You could just render your animation and set the pendulum option in a video-editing program. I hope this answers your question.

What Rayraz said. You can either render it once and do the pendulum effect in post work (I use QuickTime Pro for movies, and gif builder or Live Motion for animated gifs) or, you can add key frames and manually recreate the pendulum effect in Bryce. A gif file can be set to repeat infinitely, every movie format that I can think of cannot.
You can do it fairly easily with the advanced motion lab. Make your animaton the way you normally would, no special setting or anything, except make the animation twice as slow as you normally would. For example, if you wanted a keyframe at 6 seconds, make one at twelve seconds instead. After you've done this, enter the advanced motion lab. You'll see a list of all the objects down at the bottom. Click the name of any one and it will display the object's properties. Click the first one, which shuld be position. You should see a straight line graph in the graph window. Click the button for the single parabolic graph.(it looks like a hump, 5th from the left side) Now yout object's position will start and finish at the halfway point, and then go back to the start place again. Select this graph for all the components of all your objects.

Hi guys! Just a silly question for you.... I've done an animation, so I can play it once, repeat or pendulum... but when I render this animation cai I render it "pendulum"? 10x in advance....
