Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 08 9:27 am)
Allie is right, Marilyn had her hip rotated just a tiny bit towards the camera, if memory serves me. Turn her slightly at the waist/abdomin and a touch on her hips, not enough to see her um... genitals.. but where you can see the hip bone. Other than that, you have it very close, including the shape and size of her breasts in that pose. Jack
Ah HAH! You've just nailed it James. This is exactly why I don't like the way Eve1 and now Vickie has the shoulders and collars set up. The P4 figures don't have those breast mangeling problems. You'll probably need to really adjust the JP's on her to get the pose you want. There are other folks who don't like the collars set up like this. And there may come a day when someone remakes the top half of her like the P4 figures are. Yet maintain the lower set up from the hips down. ScottA iamsba@aol.com
LOL, Well it is really just a test for the Pose. Not to actually look like Marilyn. See my Thanks Zygote post for the finished peice. This is a bad capture, I just aimed my camera and shot. So you could see that the pose is not turned to show more. BBut you'll also notice that Marilyn has a better butt. ;-) James
There is an Eve-P4 figure more-or-less like you envision already posted at Renderotica, ScottA. Don't remember what he called it, but the creator is yarp.

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking. He apologizes for this. He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.
Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below. His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.

Well ever since I had Norman Mailer's Marilyn book I wanted to do some art from it. Years ago I did 2 Pasterl portraits. Those were great. But know with Poser...hmmm As you can see this is a test. Only a faint face texture. No body tex. A bad hair style and a PhotoShop background and shadow. But my big concern is the Bulge in the shoulder. I did fiddle with the joint params. just to get the breast not to flatten on the side (Ohh a bad thing -- raise the arm and push it forward and the breast looks like a glass plate is squishing the side) Anyone run into this problem , and maybe know how to solve it? Also the knee does that crazy breaking thing again. But that can easily fixed in post work. James
