Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 02 11:49 pm)
Thanks for the quick reply, c1rcle. Yep, I have a pretty big Runtime folder. By the way, several of the textures I use are not in the libraries at all; they're in my own graphics folder. Will this make any difference?

I have tried the PBoost compatibility tester in Freestuff, which gave the following message: "Sorry, but Poser library folders have been locked by Windows. This means that PBoost will not be able to switch banks, move or rename folders while Poser is running. You can still benefit from all of PBoosts functions by planning which libraries you need for a project and applying them with PBoost before running Poser." Fair enough, but I just know I'll have something in a bank I can't access, so it kinda makes the whole concept a bit redundant. So, here's my question... Is there any way to stop Windows locking a folder when it's in use? I'm running XP home edition, using NTFS.
