Description

Crossing the suspension bridge was easy, below the bridge was blank white cloud and there was no sense of vertigo. Approaching the bridge (see the figure in the background) was a different matter and freaked me a bit. The cable leading down to the bridge was not tight against the rock and I found out the hard way. I'll leave it to your imagination as to how I felt as the slippy wire pulled away from the rock by about a foot, just when I needed it to step over a void! Lagazoui June 05

Just looking at your photos give me the heebie jeebies. Wonderful shot of climbers. I can only imagine the horror of feeling that cable slip! Great sense of height and adventure.

Youy couldn't make me go there ! Except with pictures... I try to imagine soldiers walking there with heavy burdens and big shoes. Indeed we are crazy animals !
