Description

My very good friend Danny (user name dannylow) is a military history buff... who I'm sure is well aware of the value of camouflage... but last Sunday, while visiting an exhibit on medicinal plants at the Conservatory of Flowers, he was spectacularly successful. He reminded me of the authentic ninjas in their flowered outfits, except for the smile. Danny not only gave me the camera I'm using now, but pulls me out into the light for nature walks every couple of weeks. We've covered most of the Bay Area, but there is always more to explore. He works hard at getting us lost so we find neat places, my task is to get us unlost and on the right trail again. :) So, the photos in my gallery are really thanks to him... without his friendship and patience, they would never have been taken.
