To those of you that have followed my writings...sorry I haven't been around much or commented...I DO read your works and look at your artwork tho...to those of you that do not know me...please don't take this writing as whining or self pity...my writing is just my way of getting my feelings and emotions out before I bust..my way of working things out...

A wonderfully written journey of your situation. I loved Warren Zevon. Especially the lyrics of his songs. He filled in for Paul Shaffer on the David Letterman show at times. Just before he died, he came on to Letterman and sang a few songs, barely able to get enough air in his lungs. Dave then interviewed him and asked him what 'advice' he could give to all watching. Warren paused briefly, smiled that smile of his, and said, "Enjoy every sandwich".WINK. -- Dear kind soul ---- ENJOY EVERY SANDWICH! My best to you and yours. May you find PEACE. TallPockets.

I hear no rambling here, I hear myself inside myself trying to make sense of all thats in and out, I can so relate to everything that you have said and for you I wish peace, quiet moments in your mind where all is still for even a few brief moments. A magic pillow so that when your head rests upon it, sleep will imediately follow and restore your heart and when you awake be filled with joy and strength to face each day.

As always Ginny you now that we are here, as all thoughts who have commented before me point out, you can rant to your hearts desire, we dont mind. Unfortunately no thoughts can be just switched off, we think because we are. And we are only that which we make us. This is a community of people who grow off the comments and criticisms of others work. My only comment I could ever put about yours is simply this; I fear that you may well be to hard on your self, you write with strength and there is much love in your words. As a person I can see that you are kind. A beautiful person with so much to give, you should maybe take a little more for your self. But who am I to judge any one else. I have connected with your words so often in the past and again I do here. Big hug to you, take care my friend, ben

Often it seems that what the world considers normal, and "best," doesn't work. It just doesn't. There's a simple reason: Society has come to accept SICK things as routine; traffic fatalities, commutes, industrial chemicals in the kitchen--and in our food! Yes, there IS something missing in our lives, Ginny. Friendship, true friendship, is a start; without that same atmosphere pervading all of society, though, it's a fragile start indeed. I'm glad you have something: Hang on to it, but don't fear its loss! When you are yourself, it will grow everywhere; smiles are contagious, and so is honest love. I love you, hon; take care of yourself! That time away is important; try to get it! Hugs! --mic
