Description

Visited the southern rim of the Grand Canyon and believe me it was rightly named. Even though pictures don't do it justice, that didn't stop me from clicking like crazy. This is dedicated to Dudley, may you soon have the opportunity to view it in person. Thanks for the view, feel free to leave a comment or two. You're right that no photo does it justice, but every photo of it is still special: Truly one of the most breathtaking places on earth.

Indeed, it's an amazing natural wonder. I like the way you caught the rain squall in the distance - so typical of Arizona during the "monsoon" season. It makes me want to visit again. Thanks for the view.

I have stood in the same place and seen the same view and I am in awe everytime I see it. thanks for sharing this gorgeous view. are the two trees still there next to the parking area? I see some smoke signals on the right horizon, maybe they were talking to your husband?
