Description

Like Nathalie commented, after some waiting (actually busy shooting pictures) it was completely different! The misty clouds disappeared and the sun peeked through the clouds! I'd loved to shoot this one a bit more to the right, but as Kort commented, 'a wet camera is a sad camera', and I did not want to take a dive. Well, enough of these rosebay willowherb flowers! Time to continue my hike, ascending the Ginals valley! I could stay here all day, but there's more to be enjoyed up there! Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 50 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

More light and a faster exposure. Now with a hint of flowing motion. This picture with the rosebay is the best, IMO. What comes next?

This, I like the best. There is something in the DOF that is so natural. Perhaps this is how eyes see it. Wonderful picture of the flowers and the waterfall.

Movie cameras make it all look so easy. Even a video camcorder has a channel to the inner host. Now, I wonder about HDTV. The flowers provide the incentive to get a still. Some folks have to arrest everything.

Beautiful ! exactly as I thought yesterday... I love the 3 ones ! There's an incredible and clear light in this one. I love your willowherb flowers too... this touch of color in the composition is so delicate Jan-Carel. So fresh and peaceful to stay with you near this river... we must hike now ? OK, I follow you, come on ;o))))) Have a great week-end my friend ! Hugs. V
