Description

This was just a fun thing . supposed to be a sorta whimsical folky modern art. This is one of my smudge paintings I do by hand by taking paint or a picture and smudging around the paint till i get something I like with only the smudge and paint tools no brushes. IT was hard this time cause my mouse ran out of bateries and i had to use an old roller ball mouse on this so its not as fine as I can normally do with my smudging!!..done in paint shot 7 . This is Mary Lyndas cat. Thank you MAry Lynda ( SophiaDeers sister ). I saw and like the colors in a recent picture she took and asked her permission and used the picture, - or-lol totally redid it I mean ... if you want to see the oringinal cat ( blades) real photo go here: http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=1071147&Start=1&Artist=MaryLynda&ByArtist=Yes ITs been a while since I have done a smudging but allot of you have asked so here goes.. Love you all, Hugs and ♥ Kimmers! :O) !!!

Sure looks like folk art to me. Job well done. I am not sure what you mean by smudging...I assume you are referring to photoshop ? I often use a trackball. Sure takes some good coordination to use it. You did a wonderful job here. GREAT FOLK ART IMAGE !!!!! LOVE IT.

you need to consider the laser rechargeable mouse. it gives far better control than regular. Sam's Club has it for $70. super smudging!!

Kimmers, I don't know how you do such a fine job of smudging with just a mouse. If you got a Wacom tablet/pen, it would be sooooo much easier and quiker for you. This is really fantastic work.. I don't think I ever heard of Paint Shot 7...LOL

Super work you did to this cat.. your smudging here is absolutely fantastic. he he .. yeah, you should try not to have a mouse a while, only a wacom for all mousework, I am sure when you got use to it is would be like driving a car instead of running (or someting like that ha ha)..

I realized yesterday after watching a program featuring the Dogfather and his emphasis on gestures and silence in training the neighborhood dogs were barking at me because of my gestures trained by cats.
