Since I've been posting window photos lately, I thought I'd continue the trend as I segued back into my St. Augustine series. I have a few more photos from that trip that I'd like to share before I move on to new subjects. This photo was taken facing east from the stairs of the St. Augustine Lighthouse, looking up at a landing and through one of the windows to the sunny day beyond. I like the slight irony of a lighthouse being lit up by an external source. 8o] ----- Thanks for stopping by and for your perspectives on my last photo, It's A Matter Of Perspective.

The choice of black and white gives this a very gothic feeling. Love the 'eerie' glow through the rails. Don't know if that was the effect you were trying for, but it's wonderful!
