Description

"... ok, maybe, just too cheap!" Facing a mechanical failure in the desert, probably no less than 200 miles from the nearest living (friendly) humanoid, was forcing her perspective to shift -- actually hadn't looked so bad, back in Moseisley, to buy a speederbike from the junker. Now that she was looking at it in the desert's sun, she was getting to think it was really a pice of scrap... Worse, having credits left did not look like being of great avail now, oh no! Poser and Vue I found the speederbike model at www.scifi3d.com (great site). It imporded well in Vue (I'm talking about the mesh, not the textures) and I was looking forward to do something Sci-Fi and expecially Star-Wars-like, it also came to my mind that the CyniusX suit for StephPetite would somehow fit the space-rogue-adventurer style of some characters in the saga. Then I had a texture issue as I was not at all satisfied about how they came out, so I begun looking in the library and found that beautiful rusted metal... the story was a follow up! PS: the first idea that came to me for the title was a misterious "M'sL(MTBF)=WTFF", that would be explained in the notes as meaning "Murphy's Law applied to Mean Time Between Failures equals Wrong Time For a Failure"! I thought it would be funny, but to work the break down would have to be something unexpected and with all that rust on it... Why was she riding such a junk, to begin with? Hence the niggard story! Thanks for viewing and reading, hope You like it! Suggestions and comments are always appreciated! Credits: SCIFI 3D (www.scifi3d.com) for the speederbike 3ds model, CyniusX for SP at DAZ.

Only thing the bike needs now is some duct tape.

Overall a fine compo & render, but I think there should be some tracks etc. in the sand, unless it's concrete.
