Description

The size of this glacier allows me to zoom in almost infinitely. I can't approach the glacier that easy so it's pretty safe to use my zoomlens to show more details. Unfortunately I see no red dots walking here (one cannot always win the prizes, huh? ;) but tomorrow I hope to zoom in a bit deeper to reveal more icy details. Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 35 & 80 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments *** update *** I replaced the word 'now' by 'no' which I typed by accident (comments before mine refer to that)

Good detail to show the amount of erosion and debris this glacier can carry with it :)

Must be early, because I can't find your red dots either. Where, Jan-Carel? Give us a hint. If ever privileged to be there, I'd probably be down by the rushing water near the bottom center, but not on the ice. -- Dick

On these one, it's really a river of ice !!!! Maybe my favorites of your serie. That give me a sensation of infinity and in the same time of something so fragile... Superb shots my friend.

One stupid character too much while posting this capture, I meant 'no' red dots in place of 'now' - I am sorry for the confusion! Text is corrected now!
