Description
Scribbled in biro over quite a few hours on Friday night & finished off last night. Texture dropped over in Photoshop CS.

My last image, Prospectus 1, aside I haven't created a major work I'm happy with since moving and have resorted to scribbling subliminally in biro (my most favoured doodling implement, permanency issues forgotten of course). As some here know, I'm going through a difficult stage at the moment and I think this represents the tunneling twists and turns, leading to unknown places, sometimes showing light at the end, others only darkness. Thank you to you all for your support and I'll be sure to catch up when I find some more words *group hugs*.

Thank you for viewing and your feedback is always most appreciated.

I know that place! At least, that's how my mind seems to me at times. Though I do like that you've created 'windows of hope' though there, to light the interior. Dark places there will always be, but when illuminated, many of them cease to control our fears as they do in the dark when imagination grips us. Been thinking of you a lot lately, sweetie, and sending you all my love and support in this tough time for you. hugs very very hard.

You picked the perfect title for this, one I used myself many moons ago L. You know already how much I love this piece of so-called scribbling, to me it's almost too successful to call it such ;-) It's been fascinating to watch it evolve under your capable hand, and I guess it feels a little weird to leave a comment when you're sitting right next to me as I write hugs. The overlaid texture is a nice touch, personally I already liked its pure white background but it compliments it well nevertheless :-) As always thank you so much for doing all you do hugest hugs xxx

Great to see another of these scribbles Cass, I find them both fascinating & beautiful to look at, I could look at them for hours & envy Jim the opportunity of seeing you in action & watching them evolve!

Wondeful. A real gift is the ability to express emotion. If this works for you as a clearing method and helps you through a difficult path, I'm sure it can only help (if its impact on the viewer is anything to go by). Inspired work, but I find lots of questions after looking at this....is that a rats tail curling around the wall? Why does the brightly lit area at the top of the stairs, by the tree, NOT look so inviting as you you would think it might? Anyway a joy to look at, thought provoking and skillfully drawn....in your own brilliantly unique style.

The labyrinth is the perfect symbol to express your feelings here, as Kafka would probably agree. Yet I'm too fascinated by your delightful style to find this place frightning. It's like a gothic playground, like one of the ruins Miew and I liked to visit in the U.K. soon after we met. Reminds me of a better version of the ink drawings I did around that time too! So yes, a wonderful work, well tinted, that I would be happy to see everyday framed on my wall...

Ahhh I love this .... I wish I could work as quickly as that ... mine take months! Looks like you have many possible paths but can't seem to choose between them ... too many unknowns perhaps???

Absolutely brilliant work! To me this represents the dark corridors of the subconscious mind. Simply amazing. Thank you for sharing this with us;)

'Scribble' huh? Why is it then that your 'scribbles' hold up with the very best of your art? Another fine example of your surreal fusions, and one that much can be read into. Bravissimo, as the weasel said to the man without pants. no_{8()s.

I've been looking at this brilliant drawing of yours, Cassie, so many times already, and I have no proper words for my thoughts of it. It takes me to adventures into my (I think:-) mind, and I love those adventures! They can be hard but always there is a way to go outside, and then have some distance to the deepest feelings - and then you can almost smile. Thanks for sharing this piece of art! :-)

I wonder about my headspace at times, very often I find thoughts lost and hard to retrieve.
