Description
This is number three of the tutorials I've managed to produce from "Digital Character Design and Painting" by Don Seegmiller. This was an exercise in painting with textures in Corel Painter 8.
This isn't my normal subject matter, but (what the hay) it's time to branch out. :-)

Gene, I dare you to google the Aussie band: 'Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds' ! I believe you have mastered an original caricature of this amazing songwriter/singer !! (leaning a bit on the Steam punk side) Superb artwork by you - are you sure, you didn't do that with him in mind ? (Nick also sang a duo with Aussie pop/songbird Kylie Minogue) top marks !
