Here next to the cooking room they had set up what looks like boudin and sausage. Boudin was bought in by the Acadian freach people. Boudin means in English blood sausage. That how they use to make it with the blood in it still red. You can not buy that anymore. Just the white boudin without the blood in it. It is fully cooked now and most stores around here have some hot and ready to eat as you walk in. You can get the boudin rouge[red] at some people houses for they made it themself.[I will not eat it lol] Now as for the differ sausages; the Gremans brought that in when they came into the area.
