Description

Max 4.2-Rendered with RayMax I'm new at the character modeling, but I want a job doing it, so I am making stuff for my portfolio. What do you think? He is based on a D&D Orc, and a hand drawing by myself. I don't know what happened to his ear, but it was intact before I joined the two halves. Oh, well, comments appreciated

I dont know much about 3dsmax but maybe you should check your normals on the surface in the ear? And what about the thing between his eyes? Nice anyways, hope you get it done :)

Heres the weird thing about that. It was rendering fine, until I mirrored the head and fused the center verticies. That thing in between his eyes is a pain in the dupa! I hope to work out the kinks in the next few days. Then I will start on the body. I had better get it done, this is going to be part of a portfolio for getting a job. Thanks for the comments.
