Description

This one has taken an age to finish and in the end I wasn't as happy with it as I hoped. Still, it's better than my other landscapes so far and I'll keep practicing ;) The terrains have all been made in GeoControl which is the main reason I thought I'd post it as it was through the Bryce forum here that I heard about the program. The mats used an alpha channel derived from the flowmap generated in Geocontrol. Trees made in Xfrog/C4D. Foreground plant cluster made in Arboro. The ruin at the back is from Rodluc but you probably can hardly see it at that distance and with the picture reduced so much in size. Thanks for looking :) Kathy

one of the best landscapes that i have ever had the pleasure to view in bryce and i am certainly going to check out geocontrol ;D absolutely perfect in my opinion and really hope you make more of these beauties ;o)) stunning artistry!!!! VOTE** ;D

The layout of the terrains and the lake is very natural, well done! I think there should be more trees, but then again I have a tendency to get carried away with those so maybe you shouldn't listen to me ;) Beautiful image!
