Well done, Rozanne. How many hours does the blooming operation take? And at 22cm thatts a fully stretched hand span; that's a lot of petal unfolding. Nice configuration to tell your story. -- Dick

One bar probably won't hurt Arty too much. Beautiful flower, made prettier by this lovely presentation. Let's see, if it's from the Himalayas it would definitely be High Bisquits! (groan!)

Nice flowers, Rozanne. I hope Arthu si OK. My gran's King Charles spaniel used to live on toffees, and it never seemed to do him any injury, but my gran did taske the paper off first! While on holiday in Spain, I was almost overwhelmed one day returning from the train station, by the perfume of similar flowers to the one which you have captured. There was also a distinct smelll of honey. Mind you the only bees I saw were quite big and black all over. My efforts to capture them on camera were as usual much of a failure. I can smell the flowers even now back in sunny Glasgow ( yep it is warm 25oC+ and sunny, and having spent hours watering the church gardens I wish it would rain. I walked over two miles ( 5,400+ paces ) this morning, up and down steps, out, around the front of the church just to water the tubs, not counting the other parts of the gardens, before I went to see my mum. Sad me ;o) Regards, John.
