Something about me? O Kay! I have recently moved to North Carolina from Oregon, and being recently retired,I find myself busier than ever. Photography is a whole new world for me and I am most grateful for your comments and time taken. Thank you.BIOWhere to start? First, let me say that I am a very young mother with very old children(4 sons), and my motto is "If it doesn't sparkle, don't buy it". I am either a 'new hippy' or a 'new gypsy',(the vote is still out on that). Let me say how much I am enjoying all of the wonderful exibitions of your talents. Thank you, May our gracious Creator, Jehovah, Bless each of you and your wonderful appreciation of His Creation.

The second ship in the background is a freighter carrying cargo to Portland, Oregon. They are only about 1/8 of a mile apart, which shows how very large the Auto Carrier really is. Mile=5,280 feet; 1,760 yards; or1.6097 kilometers.

Whoa, at first I thought I was looking at the reincarnation of Noah's Ark! Hardly any superstructure at all on the auto carrier. Every time I see the River Boat Pilot I think of Popeye the Sailor Man. Good capture, ClaudiaLee! Hugs back at you!!!
