Something about me? O Kay! I have recently moved to North Carolina from Oregon, and being recently retired,I find myself busier than ever. Photography is a whole new world for me and I am most grateful for your comments and time taken. Thank you.BIOWhere to start? First, let me say that I am a very young mother with very old children(4 sons), and my motto is "If it doesn't sparkle, don't buy it". I am either a 'new hippy' or a 'new gypsy',(the vote is still out on that). Let me say how much I am enjoying all of the wonderful exibitions of your talents. Thank you, May our gracious Creator, Jehovah, Bless each of you and your wonderful appreciation of His Creation.

Nice capture of those behemoths of the sea. Definitely not the good ships lollipop! These are the kind of ships you would use to carry King Kong from Skull Island to New York Harbor. Thanks loads for the series of boats. Hugs back to you!

Ah. In a frenzy of "I'll show you mine, if you show me yours" (Wait. That's backwards now!) I have this urge to get my tail over to the Bay Bridge and see what's afoot, ah, afloat. Grand images, Claudia. Very impressive tonnage out there. A working port or sea lane is alwasy fascinating.

More fine shots of shipping. As a child I used to sit for hours drawing pics of ships as they entered the Thames estuary where I lived.

Every time when a big ship had passed me while fishing at nights, it scared the heck out of me. Excellent shot. Aloha

My son was interested in that area because of the windsurfing. He lived in Beaverton,Oregon for a time (with NCD) but never did continue his passion. I asked about Tektronics, a firm I had met in 1962 as a dual trace oscilloscope competing with Hewlett-Packard. The "Pentium flaw" warranty fiasco washed away whatever good will had been established. Now I am so pleased you have taken this initiative to reestablish contact.

Oh! my sweet Claudia... superb collage.. Again the brave lil pilot boat is along side!!!!!! Dwarfed by the big ships. Suublime work. So full of joyous memories of my Papa. He sailed for years on the Bowater Line, they carried paper.. He would dock in Cornerbrook in Canada. It was a cold ould trip... His life was the sea..... I miss you.. We shall "catch up".... soon . Hugs and prayers, always my precious friend.. Di and Sir D in "the smoke" = London....... :-((
