Description

As evening fell, Mary ordered her ship to be anchored for the night, with the way to the harbour still blockaded by The Black Heart. Mary called her most faithful friends and crew to her cabin for a Council of War. As they talked into the night, a daring plan was developed... ** To Be Continued ** I'd like to dedicate this picture to RenaPD! Not only did she design most of the costumes in this pic (together with Thip working as RT Productions), but she has been a great help and support in me getting the story going in the early days. She did a fantastic pirate story herself last year, and continues to produce the most amazingly detailed pictures - check out her gallery if you are not familar with her work! http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/browse.php?username=renapd I've tried to add some incidental details in this pic, but you are the master Rena!! (Or should that be mistress...no, don't go there!) Many thanks for looking, and thanks for all the feedback, it really makes my day! Phil

Awesome scene. The amount of details are very impressive and some nice little touches, as the posing of the sash on the steps. Very nice work!

Man, I'd be scared to render something this detailed...how long did it take you? It looks awesome. Love Rena's outfits...aim to have them someday.

One of the things that strikes me about your scenes is the number of characters and props... You must have a powerful system, or else a lot of patience! Great render. I need to back up and read more of the story now.

I love scenes with lots going on. Its not appreciated really just how long these scenes take to work out or set up. I dadi a couple of battle scenes a few months ago and they took ages. Excellent!

This is really well composed and very highly detailed. For some reason, Margiana and the cabin girl posing looks just a bit off - kinda "stiff jointed" or something. This is only the second time I've noticed anything amiss with your posing - the first was the "gratuitous" below decks scene with Mary and Margiana. Once again, its a really small nit as the excellent story development and overall great illustration carry the day!
